The Insurance Accounting Program provides a simple, straightforward means of reporting insurance purchases on a unit-by-unit basis.

The Leasing Company maintains their online inventory of leased and rented vehicles by adding new vehicles into the fleet and deleting retired vehicles. As new rental and lease contracts are recorded for these vehicles, the program keeps track of days out and applicable insurance rates. On a monthly basis, the Leasing Company performs a "closing" which computes the total charges by vehicle type and produces a billing statement. Any subsequent entries are reflected on the following month's report.
